DETAILS ABOUT OUR ENGINEERING INSPECTIONS
Engineering Inspection, Opinion, and Certification Reports
According to Oklahoma law, a engineering opinion can only be given by a Professional Engineer, not a regular home inspector. An engineering inspection involves a visual inspection of the foundation, slabs, pier and beams, drainage, load bearing walls, and more. We use our education, training and experience to identify signs of movement, even those that the untrained eye can not see. We also know how a distressed portion of the home will affect the rest of the home.
After a through analysis of the structure, our recommendations are made and repair design is detailed enough for any person to perform a repair. Sometimes repairs are not warranted based on conditions. We act as your unbiased consultant and people from attorneys and judges use our reports to make judgments. Detailed repair designs are available if requested. You simply can't go wrong using us for your evaluation because we have evaluated more than 6,000 homes in our 15 years.
Areas of investigation also include areas such as: Our comprehensive engineering evaluations are requested by insurance agencies all over the nation, attorneys for use in litigation, home builders, commercial lenders, FHA and HUD mortgagees, real estate agents, home owners, home buyers, and more. We can support your needs in most any way.
We don’t just inspection homes or buildings, but also we can inspect landscape and retaining walls.
Reports:
Even though we inspect the complete home (or localized areas, depending on request), analysis reports include only the deficiencies or potential deficiencies of the home and its foundation.
FHA & HUD Certifications:
